We are building a national directory from public provider records. Facility details, availability and eligibility should always be confirmed directly.
Choosing care means comparing unfamiliar information while making a deeply personal decision. We are building a place to organize that search: public facility records, clearly attributed ratings, family experiences and practical questions to bring on a visit.
What we promise families
- Every rating shows where it came from. We never blend Google, Yelp, Facebook or Medicare scores into one number.
- Critical reviews stay up. Communities can reply, not remove.
- When inspection information is available, we show its source and date.
- We never sell your phone number. Tour requests go only to the community you choose.
How we make money: Browsing the directory is free. Sponsored placements, when offered, are labeled. Sponsorship does not change a community’s ratings or let it remove a family review.
