What happens next

- Sign in with your work email: we email you a link, no password. You come straight back to your facility’s claim page.
- Tell us your role. A person on our team calls the facility’s listed phone number to confirm, usually within one business day.
- Once approved, you can edit pricing, openings, photos, payment types and specialties, and reply to reviews.
Browsing the directory is free. Sponsored placements, when offered, are labeled. Sponsorship does not change a community’s ratings or let it remove a family review.

Respond to reviews
Post one public reply per review. You can't edit or remove reviews, which is why families trust them.
Invite every family
Share your review link with all residents' families, not only the happy ones. Selective invitations aren't allowed.
Claiming never changes Medicare ratings, inspection records or warning labels. Those come from public sources and stay visible.
